Better known in the Insurance Industry as Property Risk Evaluations, we conduct surveys on site looking at Fire Perils, Machinery Breakdown, Security Risk and potential of Natural Disasters that could result in Building & Property Damage and Business Interruption. Our history in Fire Fighting, places us in the unique position to accurately predict potential incidents, thereby allowing us to establish Loss Estimates.
RISK CONSULTING
By nature of our fire and training background, we educate while we do our surveys and audits. Our goal is to leave a site in a better, safer compliant condition as we found it, therefore we will always provide advise and answers to the questions that we ask. Although our foundation is based on a Fire & Emergency management background, we have extensive knowledge and experience in all disciplines of Risk Management.
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & EXPANDED RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Our unique software is loaded onto a local server which makes your "safety files" available to the entire organization. Evacuplan© forms the basis of our software. Every risk, hazard or mitigating equipment is displayed as an icon, which becomes a live button to view all relevant documentation regarding that item. Appointment Letters, Inspection Registers, Standard Operation and Safe Work Procedures, Emergency and Evacuation Procedures, Training Certificates and Records, Maintenance Job Cards, Certificates of Compliance and so much more are loaded onto the software and becomes an auditable, easy to access on line and visualised Risk Management Program.
FIRE SAFETY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Considering that fire is any company's biggest risk, and fire fighting is our main game, we developed a training program that not only provides basic skills in fire fighting, but also grows the individual to become your own Fire Prevention Officer.
